• S1 – soft key #1 ( first button from the left under the LCD display)
• S2 – soft key #2 ( second button from the left under the LCD display)
• S3 – soft key #3 ( button beside the shift key under the LCD display)

Instructions:

1. Press the “Program” button and follow by “**” and “1234”.
   - Now you will see “USR-PGM No?” CLR and NEXT. The CLR and NEXT keys are referring to the soft key #2 and #3 under the LCD display.
2. Press {000} for programming Date&Time.
   - Now you will see “000 Date/Time”, “CLR and NEXT” on the display
3. Press “NEXT” or the S3 button and the date will display with the year flashing.
4. To change the year, use the numeric button 0-9 to choose the correct year. Once you have selected the correct year, use the “S1” button, which has an arrow pointing to the right to move over to the month.
5. To change the month, use the “SEL” or S2 button to select the correct month. Once you have selected the correct month, use the “S1” button to move over to the date.
6. To change the date, use the numeric button 0-9 to choose the correct date. Once you have selected the correct date, use the “S1” button to move over to the day.
7. To change the day, use the “SEL” or S2 button to select the correct day of the week. Once you have selected the correct day, press the “NEXT” or S3 button to move to the time field.
8. To change the hour, use the numeric button 0-9 to choose the correct hour. Once you have selected the correct hour, use the “S1” button to move over to the minute.
9. To change the minutes, use the numeric button 0-9 to choose the correct minutes. Once you have selected the correct minutes, use the “S1” button to move over to the AM/PM.
10. To change the AM/PM, use the “SEL” or S2 button to choose the correct setting. Once you have selected the proper setting, use the “S1” button to move to the last field.
11. Now you have the option to choose 12 hours or 24 hours display. To make changes, just use the “SEL” or S2 button to select.
12. When you have completed all changes to the date and time, you need to press the “Store/Auto Dial” button to save the changes. After pressing the “Store/Auto Dial” button, you can now pick-up the receiver and hang-up to complete the transaction.
